enjoying your pieces
All pieces are made by hand, therefore no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections that are celebrated as part of the beauty of each piece. These include variations in the materials as well as evidence of the making process. If you are purchasing an object marked as a Second and are unsure about it, please contact me before you purchase it and I can send you additional photos and/or speak to you about the piece in question.
Best practices are to treat your pieces gently, and refrain from using them in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher.
sales and shipping
All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5-7 days of your order being placed. For made to order items, please allow up to three weeks for your pieces to be created. Due to the nature of ceramic work, turn around times can vary. Please plan accordingly when ordering gifts or time sensitive items and know that each piece is being made by hand and with great care.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, nor do we cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
In the event that your order arrives broken, please email kristina@kristinakotlier.com immediately. Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important that images of any broken items be taken, as well as any visible damage to the shipping box so that an insurance claim with the shipping carrier can be made.
Once the package leaves the studio, we are not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and cannot take responsibility for any delays or missing shipments.

There are often additional charges, taxes or fees to receive your package in your country. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
